Release list
v0.4.5
Fixes
- Smoother required updates. After you click Update now, Drake shows each step, restarts with the new version and reloads the client for you. If the update does not finish, it tells you why and lets you try again.
- Credits links open again. The links on the Credits page open in your browser again.
This is a required update. Drake asks you to install it from inside the client.
v0.4.4
New
- Catch up on what you missed. If you skip an update, What's New now also lists the versions you missed, with the important changes spelled out. Otherwise it shows the last few releases.
This is a required update. Drake asks you to install it from inside the client.
v0.4.3
v0.4.2
New
- Drake works inside SkLoL. Drake now loads inside SkLoL and other Pengu-based loaders that keep their plugins in their own folder, and shows the loader's real name in the tray. If the loader's plugins folder needs administrator rights, Drake asks once whether to restart as administrator.
- Required updates. When an update is required, Drake tells you right in the client and pauses until you install it. League keeps working in the meantime.
v0.4.1
New languages
- Drake speaks more languages. Spanish, Turkish and Russian join English and Brazilian Portuguese and follow the League client language automatically. Swedish can be picked in Settings, since the League client has no Swedish.
Improvements
- Better error reports. When something breaks in Drake, the panel or the streaming overlay, Drake now sends an anonymous error report so it can be fixed faster. Personal details such as your Windows user name and Riot ID are removed before anything is sent. It follows the anonymous stats switch under Settings → Updates.
- Server region detection. Drake now picks up your League region even when the client runs as administrator.
v0.4.0
Highlights
- A brand-new Drake. Every screen was rebuilt with a refined hextech look, smoother animations and clearer layouts: the panel, Team Scouting, the Build tab, the champ select docks and the social bar button.
- Drake speaks your language. Drake follows the League client language, and you can pick another one in Settings. English and Brazilian Portuguese are fully translated.
- Streaming mode. Turn it on (or leave it on Auto) in Settings and Drake moves into its own window that OBS, Streamlabs and Discord cannot capture. You still see everything; your stream sees nothing. The overlay now uses League-like fonts.
- Anonymous usage stats. Drake counts how many people use it: an anonymous install ID, the Drake version and your League server region. No summoner name, account or match data. You can turn it off under Settings → Updates.
Fixes
- Quitting Drake really turns it off. Quit in the tray now removes Drake from the League client and reloads the client clean. Open Drake again and it switches itself back on.
- Streaming mode no longer blocks clicks in champ select. With the Drake button and the dodge button moved far apart, the overlay could cover the client and stop you from picking champions or editing runes.
v0.3.25
Fixes
- External lobby reveal regions. Porofessor and OP.GG links now map Riot platform ids correctly (e.g. LA2 → las, LA1 → lan) instead of using raw codes that break scouting.
- OP.GG multisearch URL. Lobby reveal now opens the current
op.gg/lol/multisearch/{region}path.
Credits
Thanks to Julio Maggioni for reporting the LAS region bug.
v0.3.24
Fixes
- Dropdowns now actually respond to clicks. Rank/Region in the Build Panel and every Settings dropdown (Queue, Profile) could silently ignore picks, replaced with a dropdown Drake fully controls.
- Fixed Recent W/L, KDA, and Last 12h sometimes showing 0 in Team Reveal.
If you missed it
- Build Panel, redesigned - champ select builds from OP.GG (runes, items by phase, skill order, matchups, top players) laid out closer to Mobalytics, with one-click Apply and Create Item Set. Open with Ctrl+Shift+D.
Under the hood
- Rune icons/names now load live from the client instead of a hardcoded map that drifts every patch.
- Dropped League of Graphs scraping (blocked by Cloudflare) in favor of OP.GG as the top-players source.
v0.3.23
Team reveal match history loads through the tray proxy, with skeletons while games are still fetching.
- Champ select scouting fetches recent games via the Drake tray proxy so W/L and Last 5 load with names and ranks
- Opening Team Scouting mid-load shows skeletons instead of empty 0W/0L placeholders
- Tray proxy allowlist covers Riot SGP match-history hosts
v0.3.22
Build panel in champ select, with Summoner Spells under Skill Order for a shorter scroll.
- OP.GG builds: runes, items, skill order, summoner spells, matchups, and top players
- Apply runes/spells and create client item sets from the panel
- Summoner Spells sit under Skill Order so the right column fills and you scroll less
