v0.2.1 — agent authentication + PIN pairing

- Agent identity: Ed25519 keypair with proof-of-possession challenge-response
  on connect (F3). Knowing the uid no longer authenticates the agent.
- PIN pairing: prompt for a browser-shown PIN at the terminal to bind a host
  to an owner (F1). New protocol messages: challenge/auth, pair_request/pair_submit.

Note: pub_key in hello is now mandatory — the matching server requires agent >= v0.2.1.
