SoulLink Nuzlocke Tracker 4.1
A small follow-up to 4.0: the Lockstep logo is back in the app's own bottle green. 4.0 had shipped it on a red tile.

Changes
- Logo: the tile is bottle green again, matching the side rail and the phone's top bar. The tab icon, the home-screen icon, the splash screen and the installed app's status bar follow.
- The tile stays green whatever shell colour you pick.
Upgrading from 4.0
- Docker: pull the new image and recreate the container.
- Pinokio: Update.
- Without Docker:
git pull,npm install,npm run setup. - No database changes.
- Installed on a phone's home screen? Remove the app and install it again to get the green icon. Android reads the icon only at install time.
