This is a rather large release with some major new features

  • rchdman is now a full library in it's own right. On top of being a mostly drop-in replacement for chdman, it handles CD TOC and hard disk geometry encoding separately from the core chd crate.
  • chd now has support for writing CHDs via the write feature, including encoding implementations for all codecs.
  • Switched to zrip from ruzstd for the Zstandard encoder
  • Switched to lzma-rust2 from the custom lzma-rs fork for the LZMA encoder.
  • Switched to the lender crate for lending iterators from nougat and the lending-iterator crate
  • Fixed some bugs in ChdReader
  • MSRV is bumped to 1.89.
