0.9.1 — Hide the page arrows

• Option to hide the page arrows. Under Paddle behavior on the Settings page, Show page arrows on paging paddle slots (on by default) can be turned off to leave the slots of a paddle that pages the crossbar empty on all four panels, for when you know your paging paddles by heart. The paddle still pages, in combat too. The setting is account-wide and can be changed in combat.
