Unofficial Linux build of Zephium v1.0.4. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the Zephium developers.
Credits
- Zephium is created by crynta and the Zephium contributors. The browser is entirely their work, and the Zephium name and logo belong to them.
- Built on Tauri, Wry, WebKitGTK, Brave's adblock-rust and EasyList.
- Linux port: someonevro, with the code changes made by Claude Code (Anthropic). See discussion #284.
Install
Needs WebKitGTK 4.1 and GTK 3. Install GStreamer plugins (gst-plugins-good, gst-libav) for audio and video.

Verify downloads with sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS.
Known limits
- Tested on Arch (CachyOS, KDE Plasma Wayland) only. The .deb and .rpm are untested on their own distros.
- Not available on Linux: Work (the agent feature), Chrome extensions, and the in-app updater. The Work tab is visible but does nothing. Update by installing a newer release.
- No AppImage: WebKit's sandbox cannot run inside one, and this build does not disable it.
- Report bugs in this fork, not upstream.
AUR: zephium-linux-bin is coming soon (AUR registrations are currently closed). Until then, use the Arch package above.
