What is changed?

Change version number from previous to 0.9.5

➕Add:

• Skip per-vertex AO for emissive blocks in AOComputeExtension, completing the 26.1.2 ModelBlockRenderer dispatch (ambientOcclusion && blockState.getLightEmission() == 0 && part.useAmbientOcclusion()). Emissive blocks (glowstone, torches, flowing lava, ...) now degrade to the flat path via LightPolicyExtension writing the block mixed brightness; non-emissive blocks are unaffected.
• Propagate model-level ambientocclusion and skip per-vertex AO for flat-lit models. Parse top-level ambientocclusion in ModelJson, inherit it along the parent chain in ModelResolver merge/deepCopy, expose it via ModelJsonUnbakedAdapter.ambientOcclusion and apply it to quads during bake, then gate AOComputeExtension to fall back to the flat path. Fixes cross/tinted_cross plants (grass) rendering with a darkened root.
