For the resource pack selecting UI (On the player side)

• Backported the feature that allow you to just simply drop the pack in the UI, and a screen will show up to confirm that you wanna add these pack.
• If the pack_format isn't 1, and no supported_formats is contained, the pack will be defined as incompatible. The incompatible pack will show a red transparent indicator background.
• And when you try to add a incompatible pack, the game will show a screen to let you confirm.
• High contrast pack added, well let it cook.

For the content creator

Backported the supported_format, which follow these structor.

The first number is the minimum pack_format number, also the lowest verion you support, the last number is the highest pack_format number, also the highest version support of pack.
