Dear Luiz,

Thank you for creating this tool! Can you please tell me how to cite it?

Hi @ay-amityadav! For now I think the best one is the biorxiv preprint, doi:10.1101/2022.11.02.514947. But pinging @ctb @bluegenes to check this info =]

For an example, "Novel diversity of polar Cyanobacteria revealed by genome-resolved metagenomics" cites it like this:

We also used sourmash branchwater [69, 70] and IMNGS [71] to search the two Gloeobacterales MAGs against metagenomic and amplicon sequencing datasets in the Sequence Read Archive (SRA), respectively. For the first, we used the mastiff implementation of sourmash branchwater (github.com/sourmash-bio/2022-search-sra-with-mastiff).
