WordPress 0.2.1 fixes scheduled log cleanup remaining on subsites after network deactivation and escapes quota notices at their output boundary.
Verified with real single-site and three-site multisite lifecycle checks on WordPress 6.0 and 7.1.3, including activation, upgrades/settings preservation, comment verdicts, privacy, new sites, network deactivation and uninstall. The old 0.2.0 archive reproduces the cron defect; 0.2.1 passes. PHP QA covers 8.2–8.4. Plugin Check 2.1.0 reports zero errors; its remaining warnings and submission prerequisites are documented in docs/WORDPRESS_DIRECTORY.md.
The installable ZIP includes the locked runtime SDK and Composer manifests, excludes development tools, and builds identically across UTC and Europe/Warsaw time zones. Requires WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 8.2+. This GitHub release does not claim WordPress.org directory publication.
