Nathan Seidle made excellent improvements to the SVL bootloader on both the embedded and host sides. Speed and reliability are greatly increased.
This was a good chance to re-affirm that the BSPs are the single source of truth for everything Artemis (that is not Arduino-specific). To that end we've added scripts to copy artemis svl tools from a provided BSP repo into the core.
I also actually performed the update in this branch (for no good reason)
