Faster, more reliable ACP sessions

  • ACP clients now respect each session’s selected working directory, including session discovery and connected MCP servers. @danielkov
  • Session catalogs and paginated results are cached, making repeated ACP session listings more responsive. @danielkov
  • Failed message submissions in the terminal interface now show the underlying error detail when available, making recovery easier. @danielkov
