What's new

  • Changes, rebuilt. The Diff panel is now Changes. Each agent that changed something has a chip, with its small ring while it works. In a Crew, Everyone shows all the changes together, by folder, each file once with the names of whoever changed it. Checks and a commit box sit at the panel's foot (Commit & open PR, ⌘↵). A teammate working in a folder that holds repositories shows their real changes, and leftovers like .DS_Store or Claude Code's lock file never show.
  • What a reply changed, right under it. A folded card says how many files changed and the lines added and removed, with Undo and Review. Opened, it lists each file with a few lines of its diff. A bar over the box says how many files are waiting for review, and whose.
  • Who it goes to, in one control. The box reads agent | model (reasoning). The agent half lists every agent here with where it stands, and adds another. The model half lists only that agent's models.
  • Add a folder to a running agent from the chat, without starting it again.
  • A quieter sidebar. Rows drop their icons and keep the branch. A small ring after the title shows an agent at work, the working agents' tool marks replace "3 working", and a check shows when it's done. The animations keep moving while Friday is behind other windows. Agents' tabs use the same small ring, and the side panel drops Agents, Rules and All panels.
  • Files panel. The code is on the left and the files on the right, and long lines wrap instead of scrolling sideways.
  • Live pages and diagrams keep running while the chat redraws around them, instead of reloading and starting over.
  • Also new: a session's pull requests on its row in the sidebar, the terminal view and Accounts redesigned, the morning brief reads like a page, a Claude Code error says why in words, files dragged over the window say what dropping them does, and an expanded visual fills Friday's window.

From contributors

  • Install and sign in, for every tool. The README has a table of each coding tool's install and sign-in commands. Contributed by @vikramnagwal (#9).
  • Custom ACP agents with quoted paths. --dir="C:\My Projects" stays one argument, escaped quotes and empty values work, and an unclosed quote is an error Settings shows instead of a guess. Fixed by @DevSidd2006 (#14, for #13), with tests from @yudhapakel (#12).

Thank you all!

Fixes

  • A pasted message can be sent right away, even when it's the one you just sent.
  • The Changes panel's filter bar no longer lets files show through as they scroll.
