I know why :-). I think we need to have a direction on how to handle it, as these are tracked files on git. Probably, something like, always start with the new version.

We also need to include the manual trigger logic introduced as part of CSPL-1221. For now, because these are in different branches, we should add a TODO to be taken up (either post Phase 3 merge to develop, or MC merge to develop - whichever is earlier). A Jira in backlog would be good for tracking this
