CART

General description

The Clinical Assessment Reporting and Tracking (CART) contains patient and facility procedural information on those undergoing invasive cardiac procedures at VA facilities. This includes information on comorbidities, prior and concurrent cardiac treatments, primary diagnosis on presentation, primary indicators for procedures, inpatient vs. outpatient status at the time of the procedure, complications, and adverse events. CART data are available in SQL format from 2008 to this date.
