The MockMultipartHttpServletRequest does not support handling of non-file multiparts.
This aligns the behavior of MockMultipartHttpServletRequest with StandardMultipartHttpServletRequest and DefaultMultipartHttpServletRequest, which support such scenarios by looking up content types in file as well as non-file parts of the request.
