Major upgrade: the plugin evolved from a small composer dock chip into a full sidebar skill hub.

What's new

• Sidebar skill seat (sidebar.footer.action): shows the skills used in the current session
• Enable skills at once: check one or several skills and enable them together - the host injects every skill body via /name, so they stay available for the whole conversation
• Reads the session's skillUsage projection through the global useSessions seat
• New SkillSidebar component with wire RPCs (listSkills / enableSkills)
