Another strange HTML escaping related bug

Noticed a small bug in the "Execute SQL" tab. The panel at the bottom incorrectly turns quote characters into """:

Tested with both 3.9.1 and git master. The bug is present in both.

As a thought, it might be related to b9dd11d.

I'm using DB4S version:

• 3.9.1

Travis seems to have barfed on the commit, but it seems like a Travis infrastructure problem and not really a problem in our code.

Yeah, at least it compiled on gcc. Let's just see what Travis does for the next commit...
