Had a minor rethink on the connection sharing. Also run my tests twice. Once in WAL and once in memory. |

gonna rebase this in a sec once my other pr merges. Will need to take a closer look at the driver changes since it looks like a lot has changed there. Other stuff looks good. |

Updated sqliter and stately versions. Stately should be removable from jvm side (actuals typealias'd). Native driver aligns prepared statements and transactions to threads.
