Fixes syncing failing with "that folder holds a file we cannot read". A cloud client can leave an empty or half-written file in the sync folder, and one of those would stop every sync. Those files are now ignored and cleaned up, along with the duplicates that had built up alongside them.
Install over the top of any earlier version; your data stays put. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info > Run anyway (the installer is not yet code-signed).
