Fixes syncing failing with "that folder holds a file we cannot read". A cloud client can leave an empty or half-written file in the sync folder, and one of those would stop every sync. Those files are now ignored and cleaned up, along with the duplicates that had built up alongside them.

Deletion history for Pages and Quick Notes, scratchpads can show completed to-dos, and custom sections reorder by dragging from Home.
