Put the books in the courses folder. A book can sit there or in a folder inside it. If a course opens another book, such as nida81, put that file in courses too. If courses already has books, Foolcourse does not ask where they are. START.txt in the folder says the same thing.

Unzip Foolcourse-windows.zip on 64-bit Windows. Double-click Foolcourse.bat. Python is inside the folder.
The NIDA curriculum is already in the folder. The first time it starts, it asks where the courses are and remembers that folder.
Foolcourse-console.bat leaves a window open if something fails.
v1.0.0r5
Foolcourse now depends on Foolbook 1.0.5r32. The old pin was 1.0.2.
Reinstall inside the venv:
python3 -m pip install -e .
v1.0.0r4
The NIDA program list is a curriculum. _curriculum/nida.curriculum.json is the official list, 527 lessons. _curriculum/nida.programs.xml is the menu.
A lesson that appears in more than one program is one course. The overall counts it once.
A three-level menu keeps the unit, so DC Circuits / Introduction to Electricity is not folded into DC Circuits.
