Mojopt v0.4.0 updates the library for the stable Mojo 1.0.0 toolchain.

Highlights:

  • migrates reflection, pointer, scalar, trait, collection, and string APIs from their beta forms to Mojo 1.0
  • preserves fixed-array option defaults and safely cleans up partially initialized collections when parsing fails
  • adds regression coverage for list, set, array, and tuple failure paths
  • adds MIT and Unlicense licensing files
  • adds a Modular Community recipe that emits mojopt.mojoc with mojo precompile

All 38 tests and the example suite pass on Mojo 1.0.0.
