Mojo 1.1 support

  • Targets stable Mojo 1.1.0, including development and package compiler pins.
  • Migrates array and tuple parsing to the new MaybeUninit lifecycle API and removes the legacy cleanup closure.
  • Preserves cleanup after parse failures and supports non-trivially movable container elements.
  • Updates tuple parameters and trivial-deinitialization predicates.
  • Adds Linux AArch64 support alongside Linux x86-64 and macOS ARM64.

Validation: 45 tests, all examples, formatting, and package builds pass on all three platforms. Fixed-container regressions also pass locally under AddressSanitizer with leak detection.
