Validated RL core, sequence, and Hub 0.1.2 wheels from native gate source 62c988f. The unchanged joint native gate passed under QEMU WHPX with stock Lean 4.23.0. RL live suite: 182 passed; one optional training-only test module skipped because PyTorch was not installed. Required native skips: zero. The Hub wheel retains immutable Engine fa2f04ce4a1d114f08444944dbf0898515611980 and core d7158c4 pins.
