The network core in this lab is now a UniFi UDM Pro and a USW-24-PoE managed switch. The refresh was done on 2026-09-27, replacing the earlier TP-Link router and switch, and the LAN stayed flat.
After the refresh, DNS, DHCP, internet access, Proxmox services, monitoring, and remote access were checked. The Deco nodes run in access-point mode.
Still ahead: VLAN segmentation, firewall policy, and SSID-to-VLAN mapping. None of those are built yet.
This is the first tagged version. Phase 1 stays in the repo as history.
