Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• Refactors random number generation in JS benchmarks for stats/base/dists/binomial.
• Replaces randu() with uniform() for cleaner and more consistent code.
• Moves the random number generation outside the benchmarking loops.

No, the coverage report is not related to the benchmarks. Only the unit tests contribute to coverage data. For achieving 100% code coverage, that should be addressed in a separate PR.
