v0.13.0

EdenText 0.13.0 is about review. Recording now covers far more than typed text: paragraph breaks,
character and paragraph formatting, lists, table rows and columns, moved text, text boxes, notes,
headers and footers. A document can be compared with a file or have one merged in, and recording
can be protected by a password. Comments are written in the margin, balloons grow with their text
and every reviewer has one colour. The floating toolbar now reaches every ribbon command, and
self-hosters get a Helm chart.

• Recorded changes beyond text: paragraph breaks, character format, list structure, table rows
  and columns, note anchors and text boxes, in headers and footers too, kept in DOCX and ODT.
  Paragraph format is recorded too and kept as a change in DOCX; ODT saves its result
• Moves are recorded as one change, from a drop or a chapter moved in the navigator, and accept
  or reject as a pair
• Compare and merge: compare this document with a file, or merge a file in as its author's
  changes
• Password-protected recording: recording stays on and changes stay unsettled until the
  password is given
• Review pane filters by author, kind and day; accept or reject exactly what the filter shows

  changes, in balloons or the pane
• One colour per reviewer for comments and changes, in the balloons, the text and the print
• Balloons that stay readable: they grow with their text, resolved comments fold to a greyed
  card, and a page with too many stacks them as a deck
• Word counts and indexes follow the view, leaving out what it hides
• The floating toolbar reaches every ribbon command, by categories named like the ribbon tabs
• Date and time format in Settings ▸ General, following the UI language or a picked region or
  ISO 8601
• No spell check as the first choice in the language picker
• Disabled controls say why in their tooltip

• Clicking marked text stays where it is instead of scrolling to its balloon (#19)
• Comments and changes carry your name, not the file's author (#21)
• Starting the app shows the saved theme at once, without a flash of the intro or of an empty

• Recording keeps every edit, undo and redo restore it exactly, and accepting or rejecting loses
  nothing, also across lists, tables, cells and text boxes
