v0.117.1
The CI gate reads jobs through the attempt-scoped endpoint (repos with broken collection endpoints no longer abort a green gate), and a releasable target declared with a path no longer crashes the batch planner.
Fixes
- CI gate no longer aborts on a 404. Job enumeration and failure-log reads now go through the attempt-scoped Actions endpoints, which answer on repositories where the repo-level collections 404. A green candidate is no longer stranded by
gh: Not Found (HTTP 404), transient CI failures are classified and retried again, and a failed run's log names the jobs that actually failed. - A releasable target declared with a path no longer crashes the release. A monorepo releasable whose
config.jsonnames a target in a subdirectory --{"name": "npm", "path": "npm"}, the record form a per-project config already accepted -- abortedrlsbl monorepo release runwithunhashable type: 'dict'after the release plan had been resolved. The declared targets are read as names now, and a record missing its name is refused by a sentence that names the file and the entry.
