Update description of Ansible Playbooks

I'm adding this here because we don't have an issue tracking system for the OPL
(yet).

The description for Ansible Playbooks needs rewriting. SteveB has offered to
provide the update.

It'd probably make sense for us to get a formal one from the BU somehow.... Failing that, I could do something.

@bonnevil I'd like to propose the following revised entry for this in the OPL:

"Ansible Playbooks are easy-to-understand blueprints used by Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform to execute automation across an IT inventory. They are written in YAML and consist of one or more plays."

The existing entry states that plays contain one or more tasks (not necessarily), and says nothing of roles. I don't think we need to get this deep in the OPL description. WDYT?
