This patch fixes customer-selection, privacy and record-continuity bugs:

  • Protected ingest metadata is redacted before filenames are generated.
  • Invalid explicit MCP customer selections are refused instead of falling back to the workspace binding.
  • New risks remain active after earlier risks are retired.
  • Concurrent customer setup preserves other workspace bindings.
  • Refused record writes release their locks so a repaired file can be retried.
  • Adapter installation recognises actual installed content, rather than any mention of FDEOps.
  • Release verification checks the exact npm version with fresh, bounded retries.
