Hi, I'm Subash

I'm an AI architect and Field CTO at Siel AI. I spend most of my time helping teams build and ship production-ready AI agent systems. Previously, I led cloud and AI transformation programs at VMware, Fujitsu, NTT DATA, and Ericsson. I'm also the author of Multi-Cloud Handbook for Developers.

What I'm working on

I'm focused on making multi-agent systems work in production — not just demos. That means real architectures for orchestration, cost optimization, quality gates, and retry logic. After years of helping enterprises through cloud and now AI transformations, I've learned that the biggest barriers are rarely technical. I write about what I learn on LinkedIn. Some recent posts:

Currently building tools and reference architectures for AI agent systems, video generation infrastructure, and IoT:

  • AdCamp — AI video operations infrastructure with smart 80/20 model routing that cuts costs ~60% at scale. Batching, retry, cost tracking, quality gates.
  • SmartGarden ESP32 — IoT smart garden with soil moisture sensing and automated irrigation. (Personal project for my kid)
