Version 0.9.1 Testing(Stable)

Patch Notes for: 0.9.1+ Up-to 1.0

1. Added Functions:
   decrypt.forgotPassword() and encrypt.forgotPassword()
   Used in redundency. Calling either function results in the same actions.
   Call if (encryption)password has been forgotten or needs to be reset.
2. Added notes to explain get.new_hash(), get.encrypt_hash(), get.random_hash(), get.try_password():
   Makes it easier to develope with current protocol.
3. Fixed Shell option "Encrypt Database" causing errors if incorrect password is entered.
4. Backups now require correct password inorder to do a backup.
5. In shell.py Options: 7, 9. Added option to list current databases
6. Added test encryption to shell.py
7. Changed Back button text from "Back" to "Go Back"
8. Added Test Encryption passwords to app.py (Not Working) But it's there.
