Many other fixes and improvements have been made, but since some don't need documentation they haven't been listed.
During the next few days, updates may not be uploaded. This is because I am on vacation. And I'm heading home tomorrow, so I'm not gonna upload since Internet is not a reliable thing in the sky. No one's, gonna read this anyways. Why do I bother.

save.settings() - print_instructions.createBarcode() will now refuse to run if dependecy (qrcode) has not been installed.
- Python version check now works as intended. You can set skip_pythonCheck to True, or use -skipPythonCheck argument on startup to avoid running into version checks.
- Removed save_in_txtFile.help(). If using Visual Studio, hover over save_in_txtFile to see current branches.

- New encrypt/decrypt functions called database(). These will be used with the new class new_data_base()
- New class new_data_base() this will be replacing the current handler. This name will change when comepleted. Access to the old handler will be available for future releases. It will be updated and tweaked before it's classified as depreciated.
Friendly Remarks!:
- Plenty of updates will be released in the coming weeks as either stable or testing until 1.0 is released!

- All changes to settings now automatically save and are rewritten to the settings file.
- Save function updated with new save feature. Also added notes on how the save function works!
- custom_database now looks for a Developer settings file name "PresetSettingsForDevelopement.py":
Makes it easier for developers to use custom settings without altering the normal settings file to keep it safe for packaging. - Removed pointless line redoing a function for no reason.
Features/Updates Coming Soon:
1. The ability to customize the on screen color pallet and customize the application in a more simplified way.
This will be constructed inside of app.py and be an addition button which will give you several options
for customization.
2. Tweak Color Mode for app.py, settings located at the bottom of settings.py.
3. Finish the UpdateProgram file to allow for the settings to be updated without changing any keys/settings.
Currently updates to the settings file resets all existing settings.
I'm thinking of a method of preventing this, may take a bit. I'm not a fast person. I have adhd :)-
