dsh-su 0.1.1

Fixes the DSH tool output contract: every su_* tool returned
output.render returned non-lossless JSON because the renderer returned a bare
JSON string instead of DSH content parts.

• render now returns [{ type: 'text', text }]
• fixed the render(args, value) / renderJson(value) signature mismatch that produced undefined text
• unit test asserts the render contract for all 8 tools
• bundled SketchUp extension bumped to 0.1.1 (no behavioural change)

Install: same as 0.1.0 (.rbz via SketchUp Extension Manager, .zip for the DSH plugin).
