What is the current behavior?
client receiving a large influx of messages from realtime server prevents client from sending heartbeat back, which will cause disconnect.
What is the new behavior?
client will reset its heartbeat interval after receiving message from realtime server, preventing disconnect when receiving large influx of messages.
