Readme: information are hidden as comment

Describe the bug
Most parts of the readme are hidden. As far as I can see since this PR.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Readme (develop branch)
   2. Click on '....'
   3. Scroll down to '....'
2. See error: you will only see the basic information, Installation and Examples etc. are missing.
   

Expected behavior
Show complete Readme for example like this before the change.

Additional context
Is this on purpose?
For me personally the information about basic usage are pretty helpful parts for the Readme.

I will add a minimal PR to show all the parts of the readme again.
