Added

• Show an explicit Vim input state in the header: OFF, NORMAL, INSERT,
  COMMAND or SEARCH. Keep the state visible alongside task and approval modes
  in narrow terminals and connected sessions.

Fixed

• Let real terminal Enter and control keys reach their normal handlers in Vim
  Normal mode, restoring keyboard selection in :connect without changing
  the connection workflow. Route Vim navigation and numeric choices to the
  visible picker, and keep setup text prompts editable.
• Accept zero in buffered numeric choices so rows such as 10 can be selected
  with the keyboard, with Vim enabled or disabled.
• Keep sidebar visibility under user control. Connection updates and session
  or harness status pages no longer open the sidebar or switch its active tab.
• Use readable theme colours for sidebar filenames, file icons, folder names,
  preview labels, search results and Git changes. Repaint retained sidebar
  panels and code previews when themes change while preserving focus,
  selected files, the current view and prompt drafts.
