This release adds experimental Harness2 task refinement with CLI and TUI
workflows for CodeGem, local Gemma, and Gemini.

Added

• Experimental native Harness2 task refinement over CodeGem, with sequential and
  parallel schedules, bounded prose candidates, isolated source copies, saved
  evidence, cancellation/resume, public checks, and explicit patch application.
• A Harness Hub refinement panel for planning, progress, saved-result inspection,
  resume, and application, with a guide and local Gemma configuration example.

Fixed

• CodeGem now includes the configured agent system prompt and supports explicit
  tool-free sessions for refinement editors.
• Candidate audits reject empty held-out evidence, incomplete outcomes, and
  unmatched candidates. Promotion resolves portable scorecard paths and rejects
  non-finite scores.
• Refinement apply no longer overwrites or, on rollback, deletes Git-ignored
  files: candidate changes follow the source's ignore rules, and apply refuses
  symlinked destinations and new files that already exist in the source.
• Refinement snapshots exclude more credential files, including SSH keys,
  *.p12/*.pfx, .netrc, .npmrc, .pypirc, .git-credentials,
  *.tfstate*, credentials*.json, service-account*.json,
  .docker/config.json, and .kube/, .gnupg/, and .aws/ directories.
