• Show each coding agent once in the Harness Hub, omitting duplicate ACP
  listings when a primary agent connection exists. Remove the ACP suffix from
  remaining Hub names while preserving explicit ACP connections.
• Label local Harness Hub availability as Available and Setup required instead
  of Ready and Needs setup. Explain that availability checks run locally and
  authentication and connectivity are verified when connecting. Keep Needs a
  model for built-in harnesses awaiting model selection.
• Refresh the publication-safe Hub catalog and document the simplified agent
  listings and local availability labels.
