Selecting or resuming Codex bypasses the host harness without replacing the
saved SuperQode selection with core. Returning to the builtin runtime
restores that selection; Codex remains the displayed execution owner.
Per-turn Codex stats and completion summaries retain cached and reasoning
token counts without adding these subsets to the total again.
Read-only Codex controls avoid initializing busy-state UI watchers. The
slash-runtime picker regression tests now also gate publication.
