PWA Install prompt not showing anymore #754
Description
I'm still running on svelte 2 and sapper 0.25. I remember on previous versions ~0.20 my app used to show a message to users to install the app.
I just ran lighthouse on my website in order to see what's wrong and it turns out PWA section is all green. The app is installable, responds when offline etc... But the browser (chrome 76) no longer shows the install prompt.
It works if installed manually though.
