Every tool that takes a note id now also accepts the note's Notes UUID (the ZIDENTIFIER used by notes://showNote?identifier= links) or its numeric
Core Data key (the digits after p in the x-coredata id). One shared
normalizer in the input schema resolves either form to the x-coredata id
before the handler runs, so no tool's code path changes; batch id arrays
resolve in a single query. Resolution reads the Notes database read-only and
matches only rows of the note entity (looked up in Z_PRIMARYKEY), so a
numeric key can never reach a folder or attachment. Without Full Disk Access
these two forms fail with an error naming it, while x-coredata ids work
exactly as before. show-folder, get-folder-by-id, and rename-folder
accept a folder's UUID or numeric key the same way.
With Full Disk Access, list and read tools return stable identifiers beside
each id, read in one batched query per call: identifier, folderIdentifier, and accountIdentifier on notes (search-notes, list-notes, get-selected-notes, list-shared-notes, get-note-content, get-note-by-id, get-note-details); identifier, parentIdentifier, and accountIdentifier on folders (list-folders, get-folder-by-id, get-default-location); and identifier on accounts (list-accounts, get-default-location). The fields are omitted when the database cannot be
read.
