This commit was accidentally pulled from main to 6.2. We chose not to merge the similar swift-corelibs-foundation change back to 6.2 because this change depends on a swift repo change. Unfortunately, our release/6.2 branch CI did not catch that on this repo. This reverts the commit from the release/6.2 branch leaving it on the main branch
