Replace `.btn-close` with `post-closebutton`

The .btn-close component is being deprecated and replaced by the post-closebutton component. Its styles need to be migrated to the components package.

• Replace all usages of .btn-close with post-closebutton.
• Move related styles from the styles package to the components package.
