dsh-coding-plan-quota v0.2.3

明确支持 DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 和 0.2.1-rc.5，需要 Node.js ≥22.19.0。

• 补充宿主兼容声明和变更记录，保留 0.2.2 的 GLM 百分比/窗口修复。
• 7 项解析回归通过；rc.5 原生安装、圆环/卡片、实时停用/启用和路由防护通过。
• 使用本机 rc.5 和原生凭据服务实际读取 OpenCode Go：三个用量窗口及重置时间解析成功；生产 HTTP 路由、缓存复用、POST 405 和跨站 403 检查通过。

本版真实上游验收覆盖 OpenCode Go；其他供应商的认证和接口行为尚未实测。

下载下方 .tgz，通过 DSH 插件管理器安装。Web / 自定义 profile 也可使用：

Fix quota percentage and GLM window parsing (#1, #2).

• Treat explicit percentage fields as 0–100 values, so percentage: 1 displays as 1%, not 100%.
• Identify GLM quota windows by type / unit / number metadata instead of response order.
• Preserve fraction-based and legacy-format compatibility.

Validation: 7 regression tests and 53 existing offline checks passed. Real provider APIs and the DSH UI have not been verified. The full verification script depends on missing service credentials and cannot complete in this environment.

A quota ring for the DSH composer tool row, immediately left of the model selector: it tracks OpenCode Go plus 14 other coding plans and account balances, cycles the 5-hour / weekly / monthly windows on click, colours itself by urgency, and opens a hover card with the used percentage, a live reset countdown and a source picker.
