This release:

  • Adds paykit_route_payment, which pays a Paykit contact directly, or through a Spark withdrawal leg when no balance reaches the contact (draft #193)
  • Routes service legs only to on-chain endpoints for the wallet's network
  • Fixes the Kotlin bindings that kept v0.8.0-spark.1 from publishing on Android
