This release:

  • Adds paykit_route_payment, which pays a Paykit contact directly, or through a Spark withdrawal leg when no balance reaches the contact (#193)
  • Routes BOLT11 endpoints only when the invoice is for the wallet's network, unexpired, and amountless or for exactly the amount
  • Routes nothing on chain for a Testnet4 wallet, since the spec has no Testnet4 rail
