  • A step of the journal's main quest is made known only by a line that names it, such as "'CARDS' ARE USEFUL!", or by the party making a start on it. A line that only bears on a step, such as "SEEK YE, THE SHRINES OF TRUTH", is listed under it once it is known.
  • Each dungeon under the journal's Dungeons is a mystery until its entrance is seen, the party has been inside, or a line names it.
  • The foot of the journal shows only the hint's key, Y (H on a keyboard).
