chore(node-analyzer,kspm-collector): bump node-analyzer to v1.41.0 and kspm-collector to v1.38.0

What this PR does / why we need it:

Release node-analyzer v1.41.0 and kspm-collector v1.38.0 with more reliable NATS reconnection logic, that will force the pod to exit in case no connection can be established after 5m of retries.
